     No. Once he controls the ball he is allowed one “gather step” on his right foot and the one “additional step” before shooting or passing if he decides not to dribble. Read the rules “gather plus one.”

   The top 10 definitely need some improvement. Wemby, facing a trio of defenders, cleverly uses the glass to set up a stunning dunk. Why isn’t that featured more prominently? His highlight is far more impressive than Obie Toppin’s dunk that came against no one!
