    I have a question: when you dunk on someone from outside of the restriction area, it’s automatically a block foul, right? I never see anyone get an offensive foul even if the defender gets there first. see Lebrun dunk on Duncan.

      No it’s a block if the defender is in the restricted area. It’s also a block if the defender is still sliding when the shooter is going up for a shot or dunk, which is the case here. It looked like a charge but Tucker didn’t have his feet set until Johnson was going up.
