This Nets team may not contend for a title but there gonna be a problem in the playoffs

I still think the Nets are going to be a good team honestly… maybe not a title contender or anything, but look at their depth chart. It’s buckets all the way down.

How tf anyone becomes a professional athlete with that kind of work ethic and mentality is shocking to me. Basketball I swear is the only sport where people are predetermined to go pro regardless so long as you have the body.

Mikal’s a high effort defensive player.Great at ingering around for steals & playing the passing lanes.I wouldn’t call him a “lock down” defender, tho.His man to man defense can be a lil spotty.Especially bigger perimeter guys.Ironically, he’s better at guarding 1’s/combo guards. He always guarded Steph Curry better than anyone I’ve ever seen.Steph is Steph, but Mikal makes him work hard. live in Phoenix, so I watch a ton of Suns games. His first 2 yrs in the league, he was focused totally on defense.Seems like his defense fell off a notch when he started focusing on becoming a better scorer.

Embiid with the turnover but instead of getting back to defense, he started to complain first.

0:16 Embiid was mad as a motherfucker because harden wasn’t paying attention he didn’t even know he passed him the ball
