Matas Buzelis led the way with 27 points, 5 rebounds, 2 assists, and 2 steals, while Josh Giddey delivered a near triple-double performance with 20 points, 8 rebounds, and 12 assists. Nikola Vučević anchored the paint with 13 points, 14 rebounds, and 7 assists in a well-rounded effort.

For Sacramento, Zach LaVine impressed in his return to the United Center, scoring 30 points on 12-of-19 shooting, along with 3 rebounds, 3 assists, and 2 steals. DeMar DeRozan added 19 points, 5 rebounds, and 5 assists, and Domantas Sabonis contributed 18 points, 11 boards, and 6 assists. Despite the strong individual performances, the Kings fell to 1–4 on the season.
