@Dylan Morrison im going off my own knowledge and analyzation. luka is a on ball player and the mavs offense revolves around him making most of the plays for his team. kyrie is used to dirbbling the ball a lot when 90 percenf of the time luka is dribbling the ball for the mavs. i feel like the mavs needed an elite off the ball scorer. someone who luka can kick it too off the drive when he gets doubled which dinwiddie was but they could have gotten a better one. idk if kyrie is that though.

@iamchadicus I do think this trade makes them better offensively but not a drastic jump. I agree with you on the wing scorer. They need a 3-D upgrade from finney-smith to fit in with all the dribbling that’s gonna be going on

@Dylan Morrison facts i just hope its not another situation like brooklyn where kyrie doesnt feel he fits cause i mean idk if kyrie wants to be the number 1 guy but he wont be with luka and he hasnt been on most of the teams hes been on with another star…lebron, kd etc. he supposedly said he regrets splitting with lebron but idk if he has it in him to be a second option. its just concerning with his track record and the fact that he cant stay on one team for too long.

@iamchadicus I feel like that’s his problem to he won that championship with lebron and he left thinking he can be a number 1 option elsewhere. I mean he has the talent to be but he lacks so many other qualities of a leader/number 1 option I don’t honk he could ever be one. If he could drop his ego I feel like Dallas could make a run like last year but it’s gonna take that plus high team chemistry. Seems like alot to ask

Idk man he has the talent to do so but he’s gonna be in a tight race with Jokic and they’re racing after Dirk, let’s not forget how nice he was.

I was just saying how Lukas ball passing is phenomenal. Kyrie’s is also and man that is a great duo hence ball movement is a key element to a high powered offense.
