“Assist” is such an odd stat. A player can make 10 great passes and end with 0 assists, because guys miss their shots. Or a player can make 10 weak passes and get 10 assists, because guys make their shots. Is there a stat like “adjusted assists,” or “challenged assists” that takes this into account? These days, a lot of “assists” are just easy passes to a perimeter player who makes a three.

Why is SVG killing Zoโ€™s career over there??? Give Zo the point & please please please do not gas BI up like he needs to hog the ball down the stretch of games. SVG coaching is not very impressive right now and these guys just need to learn how to win!!!
