LeBron has never been more invested in a teammate than Anthony Davis – Brian Windhorst | The Jump

Published

on

Rachel Nichols, Brian Windhorst and Clinton Yates react to LeBron James winning Western Conference Player of the Month and Jayson Tatum getting Eastern Conference Player of the Month, and discuss whether Giannis Antetokounmpo or Russell Westbrook was the bigger snub. They then (3:09) react to LeBron saying playing with Anthony Davis has been “everything I expected and more.”

I’m cool with Bron getting it, but Giannis deserved it again for 8 consecutive months. When you consider how amazing Tatum, Bron and Westbrook have played then you realize Giannis’ stars are better than all of them. If that’s not MVP I don’t know what is.

Most allstars played with to only go 3for6 in the finals lmfao thank god for a last second shot by ray allen or it would have been 2for7 lol bronsexuals incoming lmfao.

Why was Lebron robbed of a couple of MVP’s because he played in the “weak eastern conference”, but that doesn’t matter when talking about Giannis for MVP this year?

nah they need another 3 cooperative players to win.. your only focusing to 1 or 2 player that you forget that basketball needs 5 players inside the court.

@brianna allisson  @brianna allisson  and don’t forget the bench 😉 that second unit sometimes makes all the difference.

I want to see the Lakers be more than a 2-MAN SHOW of Anthony Davis & Lebron James. 😞😞😞
The 2nd Unit needs a shot creator = can create his own shot OFF-THE-DRIBBLE.

    F*@# 9-0 It’s a team win. But 17 rebounds is nasty.

Lebron has CHANGED HIS GAME to 😀😀😀😀
It’s not the Cleveland Cavs-style 5-Out Spread Offense where there are 4 shooters on the court, all 4 of them outside the 3-point and Lebron just Penetrate & Kick to SPOT-UP SHOOTERS.

Lebron was like this with Kyrie too. Always hyping him. But Kyrie really didn’t like being under his shadow.

Tatum deserved it. Giannis already got it 7 times. We are witnessing Tatum turn into a superstar.

Why is Windhorst on this 24/7? Lots of free time on hand. He’s second to skip bayless on NBA evaluation. V in MVP stands for valuable not stats, stats doesn’t equal value go study Econ 101, but windhorst is always hopping for hot takes instead of facts so whatever

Listen… LEBRON JAMES is the most intelligent athlete ever on whats means to be a superstar. On and off the court. No one even close. Not Jordan, not Cristiano, not Federer, not Serena, not Tiger Not Ali, LJ

LeBron and Kyrie were able to beat the best regular season team of all time ( don’t say Love he avg 8 pts, 6 rebounds and shot 40% from the field) so I don’t see why LeBron and AD need kuzma to be great in the playoffs

All comments basically are nothing more than speculation.. if you’re not present during discussions or in players inner circle.. its speculation

FFS the MVP is not about high stats (or it shouldn’t be at least) it’s about the most valuable player. The Buck only lose about 3-4 points when Giannis isn’t on the floor and maintain around a +9 rating while Lakers go from +10-11 with Leborn and negative without him. That’s MVP material considering they hold the best record in the west.
