@Williamson Newcastle nah KD joined 73-9 GSW for his rings and cannot lead his team to a title like Larry bird did. I’ll take Larry bird over KD and only reason KD may be better at rebounding is because he’s taller and yes he’s more athletic but Larry bird still got him on defense and passing and clutchness and team leadership/IQ. KD might be a pure scorer although Larry bird was very efficient as well and can score from anywhere.

Bird is overated as a defender he always got cooked on individual defense. he’s like curry good on team defense but sucks at individual defense.

@Dew Man Larry bird is a great player but even his crazy Celtics team couldn’t stop jordan from dropping 50+ points a game for the entire playoffs. So I feel that Larry bird would have a very hard time guarding KD

@Williamson Newcastle well not denying KD talent as a scorer but there’s more to basketball than scoring. Larry bird is better all around than KD he was similar to LeBron James in his era offensively not as good as he was defensively but still a great team defender. He took Celtics from 20 win team to a 60+ win team and dynasty when he played. KD had more help and even joined 73-9 GSW to win titles. I put Larry bird greater than KD
