      Watching Cavs game now and Harden routinely takes 2 to 3 steps on his step back and everyone seems to push off on drives to create space which should be offensive foul every time

      To me it’s like a cheat code some players found. We think of 2 steps as taking one step with your left, then one with your right. What he did is he took a step back with his left, brought his right to back with it, then again took a step back with his left and brought back his right really fast, fools the refs. I dunno if there’s anything about that in the rule book so they let it go.
