Very skilled player, but that is a carry. I am surprised they are showing these as highlights and even slow them down to make the palming extra obvious. The hand cannot go beyond the side of the ball (palm being vertical) and you definitely cannot palm, cup and put it back down. The reason you can freeze the defender is because he is not allowed to dribble again once the hand goes under the ball so a good defender will close out immediately. You can clearly see all my points proven in this clip. Not hating but as a coach I like to teach the right way and the new generation is growing up thinking all these moves are legal. Highlights sell, so they will not enforce them
