The formula against the nets is easy. Establish a ten point lead (which is easier said then done) Don’t give the ball handler any space, let them drive, don’t collapse on defense to prevent three point shooters from being open and try to contest hard on layup or dunk or allow them to get layup. And maintain lead playing very slow using majority of the shot clock.
