Finally. I’ve been high on him for so long. 6’5 6’9 wingspan and can play both backcourt positions, and is a great slasher who can use both hands. His shot seems more smoother since last year, and he’s got a D’lo esque pump fake and a pace and craftiness to his game. He’s a good not great playmaker and that’s fine, Trae young is there for that. Defensively he’s quick, not the strongest but he’s strong enough, and plays with a good motor and his screen navigation is good. Earlier I thought his 3pt shooting could falter, but he’s really gotten better at that now. I’m curious as to see what usage he’ll get in Atlanta. I think he can a secondary playmaker who makes the hard reads every now and then.

He’s been what the hawks have been missing in a ball handler when trae is off the floor, injuries have held him back but he has a huge role if he’s on the floor

A guard that can facilitate as the ball handler, get to the rim and the line, finish through contact, and defend. Really hope he can finally stay healthy as he’s the guy this team has been missing on their bench

Johnson messed up when he tried to get in front of him. It was too late. That’ll get you called for a foul almost every time.
