and nash used a 8 player roto and somehow instead of going off for 60 giannis gave 15+ looks to lopez and jrue to brick in broken posessions…..like hes known to do after dribbling for a shot hes not gonna take…..vs Nets knowing damn well they had a 8-9 player roto and kyrie and KD were gonna combine for 40+FGA if they were to win…..and played like it……..giannis takes his foot off the gas and goes maybe other ppl will score than me the apparent new best player of the league…….and thats how I the future GOAT will win my first ring by expecting other players to take more shots than me………LOL TF must be nice to live out your childhood dream of playing in the NBA…..then try to live out a pipe dream that youll be the face of the NBA by having some we first mentality. hes too afraid to be aggressive bc hes too afraid to shoot FT’s on every stage the pressure gets worse…and its obvious. Its not like they have a lot of potential to stop him as far as nets defenders yet he gets in his own way. Its like he actually expects lopez to avg 15pts and 3-5 3s per game along with forbes so he can just take his 15 attempts vs scrubs or ppl in transition. Avg 25ppg at 10-15 shooting and his few fts. TF is going on here. WTH kinda 2x mvp play is this i felt the same with with the clippers until gm 6 and 7. The truly great players step up play good when they have to/need to etc. That post game disappointed me so much when he was relieved to have won…then went on to spew a buch of we/team talk platitude bs…he should have kept it 100 said im pissed…this was a 1 possession game….we shoulda won by 10+ thats on me….i shoulda kept my foot on the gas period not expected lopez or etc name to make a few shots that they didnt. Im not celebrating anything mentally i need to prepare to play with that mindset for game 4 period that is where my minds at….instead says i get to go home and celebrate being carried….and not being down 3-0 or have to watch espn and hear about it tomorrow…that was all bad for me gotta think about that jobs not finished kobe line and wonder if GIANNIS really knows if hes willing to be the man………you gotta beat the man…and he has KD and the chance to beat him at the rim every time the ball is in hand…his “TEAM” aint gonna win anything ever if he never thinks first of himself his needs and the accountability that comes with it….if he wants to be the leageus best player or regarded as an all time great he has to want it bad enough to take 40 shots if he has to….i cant even imagine that ever happening in this series…..the way baylor or west knew they had to take 40 shots if they had to on an elimiation game in the finals home or road game…for countless efforts. If he cant even give one effort……that we can hold to his legacy not even in the finals…..on that level i can at least have a game to think of where he scored 40-50 and took 30+ looks. From a mental or literal standpoint. No team is going to believe in a guy like that it doesnt matter what theyve seen you do. The problem is he doesnt realize theyve seen what KD can do…countless times kyrie etc….its on GIANNIS to beat them or out play them etc. Hes so caught up in their high skillset hes trying to out “BALL” them…instead of just playing his game. IDK how much of a factor this is from nash knowing the mental aspects of the game as well. Giannis is playing like OKC finals KD. Afraid to look bad and be responsible for failure. Its always on the best player regardless of the numbers. If hes ok with losing or making up excuses this is apparent. Players that will never accept defeat and always look at failure as a chance to prepare for the next opportunity like luka is now. Hes one injury away from being an afterthought as if a prime non injured jabari could be there or etc….20 and 20 k love could have been on the CLE roster vs the version they had…Its like Giannis doesnt realize how many chances hes going to have. Or just thinks one day he’ll have even better teammates to help facliitate even MORE of his game.

Don’t get fooled, this guy will disappear again next game. He needs to play like this every game and yet he doesn’t, it’s so frustrating as a fan who always had high hopes for the bucks. It’s so simple, as long as Giannis and Middleton play at a high level, the Bucks are tough to beat but everytime in the Playoffs it’s always Giannis who shows up, and when he plays terrible too they lose by 49 points. Middleton is always inconsistent and disappears.

considering….imagine if harden was 80%…and he had to chase him on one end…and face him and his active hands….hed be an after thought and another excuse for giannis’ failures. No excuse for giannis not playing like he did in the 1st… all series….look at nash’s 8 player rotation……why didnt giannis get 60pts…..tonight. Idk if its the coaching and gianns or just giannis to blame…this should not have been a 1 point game….and they only won bc of Khris and jrues hard play…..anyone else makes any more baskets lopez or jrue theyd have won by more than 1 shot….but it proves even more….how much giannis expects someone else to beat this 8 player nets team w.o harden green or DJ on the court…….its WEAK AF, Jrues looks/quality of looks vs kyries is a travesty as giannis only wants to score on bench players or people in transition on their heels etc….acting like he never has to score a hard bucket in this series while players like khris get to be the scape goat and “share” the pressure giannis has brought to this team…..imagine if harden was at 100%….we wouldnt even be talking about khris and more about how gianns wont take 20 FGA but expects Khris to? lol Just look at howmany hard shots Khris and Jrue take in game 3 vs giannis moreover each series this nets one and MIA…..its insulting to his teammates. And its an insult to GIANNS acting like his game brings anything else to the table. Hes the guy that wants to be the best/diva….that doesnt want to take any hard shots that throws his teammates under the bust to take ALL the hard shots on a night by night basis…then gets to cry i need more help or fire the coach…….i have the keys.

Magic worthey Kareem etc. Its like an NBA moniker for success if you have 3 stars its akin to a team saying theyre ” a piece” away. Or like beal+ wall needing a “piece” to make a big 3. But the way this series is going Giannis will need jrue khris and lopez or forbes to be BIG for him…so he can 20ppg his way to another round.

hes not matching up with harden on both ends, and they arent throwing green at him when harden is on the bench or etc as a 2nd/3rd body….this to me is a HUGE factor…and means hes gonna have to avg 28+ for the bucks to have a chance if giannis isnt going to avg 20+FGA which is just sad. If hed be chasing harden down when harden is off ball…then having to take harden at half or full court with ball in hand…..theres no way hed have the legs for a game like this……unless he was in some kind of DUEL etc…a fabled nba playoffs duel/skirmish. Which personality wise i dont see him as the type i see him as a pippen type docile plays D contributes gets his etc. If jrue is making all the “leadership plays” hes not even been on the team that long for me that speaks to how much GIANNS looks at his team/personal as a luxury to his game. Hes playing like it…..forcing Khris ito the pressure of having to own up to not haivng to face harden or green at the rim as a help defender or doubler. Worst he can do really….is let harris or some other wing player get 30 on HIM….and i doubt thats happenig.

with no harden or green to face him hes gonna have to avg 30….bc giannis cant. Giannis even needs forbes and lopez to combine for 5+3s a night. I feel like no matter what team jrue plays for he still has to sacrifice so much of his GAME just to be a teammate. Teams built around getting giannis MVP numbers……before this season i would hate plays where curry forced it…i would always think if hes truly one of the ‘GREATEST’ scoreres…..he knows hes too good at his game….to be taking or attempting a bad shot holding that/him to a higher standard than kobe or mj…id never think this with GIANNIS. This series has done a good job of exposing him as most playoffs do. His team has to scarifice what they bring to the table as PROS so he can eat bbq chicken…and if he isnt setting up the table or runnig it down broadway to get to the line/the nets in foul trouble….what good is he to this team/franchise. Then he wants to hover and lurk and play help D his whole career….the way KD got to play D in GSW when dray was in there and he got to cover weak side when dray was at the 5….or even better when they had a legit big in and dray at point FW..Giannis wants this luxury to his GAME on both ends. While enabling or activating nobody elses game….i feel pretty bad for the pressure jrue and Khris are under that Giannis is just deflecting with all this “we/the team” talk post game….he needs to step up and go i need to play like that first quarter all game…im mad this was such a close game….gotta do better…not celebrating nothing etc…..the team needs more from me….here he is all happy/relieved hes not 3-0….that his team has his back…..while jrue gets the looks he gets vs kyries looks….Jrue forbes lopez were already huge vs MIA….and now GIANNS needs them so he can play like a bum until he gets to matchup with a mismatch or benchplayer or someone on their heels in transition…..as if any other all-star couldnt score in that scenario…..whats supider…is players like trae/luka/cp3/westbrook etc…..use those moments to create for other players get them energized gassed up to compete on the other end next possession…..giannis uses it to remind us he exists as the greek freak….This Has been the biggest hurdle for this team/franchise/his legacy…..were witnessing what PHI would look like if they Had only built around simmons and simmons never got/had any injuries….take a gooooood look. Their games arent the exact same…but when ben isnt agressive or trying to get any shots up….its the same thing….its like watching showtime lakers 80s finals tape….only magic only takes 5 shots or 5 shots all 2nd half….kinda irony….which is like you watch him play as center as a rookie….just hilarity ppl like giannis dont end a game with 30+ taken shots the way he started the 1st….or ppl like ben attempt 4 shots……Adam silver can tell the refs to call the game as soft as they want and generate as much offense as possible it still wont come close to elevated GAME vs elevated GAME. It cant be fabricated or written into existence with narrative and high hopes.
