interesting that a former Celtic is the one on ESPN that is acknowledging that the knicks WON the game and gives kudos to their players and not focusing on the team that LOST = the Celtics. Thanks Perk. JB and Randle both deserve to be all stars.

    Brunson/Randle over who?

    • Seven Grand

      January 28, 2023 at 6:23 pm

@Khalil From Brooklyn I’d take Darius garland and Derozan for all star over Brunson and randle

      January 29, 2023 at 3:39 pm

@Ordnry Christian Coaches voting and Hawks have been bad

    • Khalil From Brooklyn

      January 29, 2023 at 3:41 pm

@Seven Grand Chicago has him and 2 other stars and they still bad. Cleveland is good enough for 2 stars but can’t see them getting 2 guards unless Garland gets a wildcard spot.

      January 29, 2023 at 6:28 pm

@Khalil From Brooklyn hawks are an 8 seed knicks are an 7 seed

@Khalil From Brooklyn so they are neck and neck

R.J Barrett needs to develop to star-superstar status for the Knicks to be a championship contender. Randle and Brusen are good players and deserve to be all stars this year, but Barrett must ascend for the Knicks to take the next step.

Nope he’s a bumb , this is the best it’s gonna get for him.

      January 27, 2023 at 5:13 pm

Hes more clutch than randle and brunson with way less touches, and is a better defender as well, you clearly dont watch the games.

    • King BamBam

      January 28, 2023 at 12:29 am

@K1ngLaSoSa what are you talking about Jalen Brunson is ranked #5 in the entire league in clutch time scoring this season while shooting 49.3% from the field and 45.5% from the 3 during clutch time this season do you watch the games?

    • Gilford McCormack

      January 28, 2023 at 1:45 pm

      @K1ngLaSoSa Exactly

Randle averging 25 he a all star but brunson is not

  7. Rocket Hoops

    January 27, 2023 at 12:15 pm

I’m sorry but both of them can’t be all stars for the simple fact that they are not a top 3-4 seed, I could see teams like the bucks, Celtics, and 76ers, having two all stars but not the mediocre Knicks

    • emersonssbb

      January 27, 2023 at 3:08 pm

Knicks are in the East where it is competitive if they were in the West Knicks would be 4th seed. They only 7th seed because East is stronger then West. The West is laughly weak.

    • Kim Jonghyun

      January 29, 2023 at 6:07 pm

@emersonssbb doesn’t matter. That just means the teams ahead of them should have 2 all stars. Or else the other better east teams players are getting robbed

    • emersonssbb

      January 29, 2023 at 6:27 pm

@Kim Jonghyun Yes it does matter. Joel Embidd got snubbed and Philly is 2nd in the East. Lebron James made it to the All Star when his team is laughable at 13-14 seed in the west.Sabonis got snubbed too he shouldve been a starter Kings are doing good.

Jalen Brunson plays like Goran Dragic Suns. People forgot the Dragon become a Third Team All NBA.

Watching Brunson reminds me of those step back jump shots and when he attacks the paint.

Mavs made a bad decision trading Porzingis and Brunson walks for free.

I know league penalize the Knicks but if Knicks are guilty, the picks should go to the Mavs.

I’m not sure why Cam Reddish can’t play because Barrett and Reddish were teammates back in Duke if I’m not mistaken.

Time to evaluate the others so Randle and Brunson could be surrounded by better players.

    RJ is not consistent.

      Spot on 💯

    • Dream Cage

      January 27, 2023 at 3:35 pm

RJ should have been worked on his consistency

And to think they could’ve had Donovan Mitchell but decided to stay with RJ Barrett…..😂😆😆🤣🤣

That’s not how it went clown. Knicks 2-1 vs Mitchell btw.

    • JP Daboss

      January 27, 2023 at 4:24 pm

      Rj is a keeper

    • Haquan Wright

      January 29, 2023 at 7:06 am

RJ plays defense. Knicks would’ve been exploited having 2 small guards in the backcourt who don’t play defense

    • Matt Vasquez

      January 31, 2023 at 11:23 am

RJ was the one Knicks tried to trade along with multiple first rounders… the Jazz are the ones who were greedy

  13. Rob Smith

    January 27, 2023 at 1:16 pm

Knicks are legit contenders if they get Zach LaVine with out losing any of their core players

    • Juy Ahmad

      January 27, 2023 at 1:58 pm

Stop it 😂 they are not a Zach Lavine move away from being a contender. They’re a good team but that move does t make them a contender in the east when you have the sixers, bucks, Celtics, and nets

    • JmanDatN

      January 27, 2023 at 2:11 pm

@Juy Ahmad  hey everyone said brunson wouldnt move the needle….it did. Im pretty certain Lavine would move the needle some more as well

    • Juy Ahmad

      January 27, 2023 at 2:15 pm

@JmanDatN I don’t think move does anything, especially since Lavine is not a playoff performer and has only made the playoffs one time. If this was Donovan Mitchell, it might be another story because Mitchell is great in the playoffs

  18. JP Daboss

Perk is a real one..hes the only person on TV giving the knicks the credit they deserve for that win..everyone else is either only talking about the celtics or just ignoring it all together…stay real perk..
