   You can’t say that because he never played the field there’s no doubt that he’s a great hitter. There’s no doubt that he is an excellent pitcher. but the man does not play 140-155 games a year he sits on the bench and he’s basically a designated hitter you can’t call that the greatest player of all time doesn’t qualify him for that.

     Nobody can do what Shohei can do, and what he does contributes far more to winning games than fielding.
