So he did a jump stop/step back, landed one two feet, and CLEARLY stopped ball movement (so I don’t want to hear none of that gather step mess) because he did a pump fake. So there’s no pivot established. BUT then he stepped through with the right foot so that means the LEFT is the pivot because the pivot cannot move, and in order for it not to be a travel he would have to take off with the left foot and not his right. But here he took off with the right.
Now the move was smooth and dumb hard to follow the steps this critically without slomo, at least for me. But from all the years of playing ball I’m about 97.4% sure I would have gotten called for a travel in a league or at a rec center easy.

People think it’s a travel but it’s not. The reason is that after picking up the ball, both feet landed on the same time (step 1), he can choose which feet as pivot (he chose left) and used the right foot to step over and jump (step 2)
