     Are you serious? Wow. OK. He has a great first game and now he’s better than Jokic. Be serious. Let’s let Wemby play all year and then make a decision. Bottom line is they’re different kinds of players. Jokic may be the greatest all around offensive engine in league history–lots of analysts think so–who makes everybody better even while still being a super high efficiency volume scorer. Wemby doen’t make his team mates better, isn’t much of a playmaker or passer. He’ll likely be a great scorer and defender which is a different player archetype.

     You can watch at home for free or at a sportsbar. That’s his point. He’s willing to pay to watch him. Which means there are players he wouldn’t pay to watch.

   I think Cam Johnson will add 1.5 assists to Jokic’s average. I want to see Denver anchor Jonas in the post against GSW & tell Jokic to shoot at least 7 three’s tonight. 4 of them from the top of the key.
   Spread the defense, create motion…. Watch Jokic do his thing.

   Jokic’s numbers last year were insane. Arguably the greatest all around offensive season in league history. But what was at least as impressive is that he finished top 3 in points, rebounds, assists and steals. For context, no one in league history has ever finished in the top 10 in points, rebounds and assists, let alone top 3. Mind blowing season. Unbelievable he didn’t get MVP.
