Matisse Thybulle is the best Guard in the NBA at getting Blocks and Steals. His ability to generate turnovers is insane.

Thybulle and Simmons are such genius defenders, and they bring energy to the whole defense, we love to see it.

Simmons defense is good but he’s on the decline. Hated Mitchell during his rookie yr but theyre miles apart now. Jared Dudley was right.

No offense to Philly but I can’t believe that despite just about none of Simmons’ blocks being legal, NBA still shows them in slow mo

Defense doesn’t get nearly as much recognition as offense. Nobody cares about defense.. all everybody wants to see is a bunch of threes and dunks. Yeah blocks are cool too. Well if you ask me, I think defense is more important than offense. You can’t play offense if you don’t have defense!!

Please see why philly fans truly erupted at 1:41. We love defense and heart. A 7’2 250 pound man on a torn meniscus decided to keep pace with trae young and was dedicated to keep it locked and turnover. Just wow ????‍♂️????
