I will never allow myself to weigh 90 kilos ever again neither 80 kilos with the help of God. I couldn’t wear the kind of clothes that I wanted to wear and I kept on buying larger and larger sizes of clothing. My shoe size even changed when I started to lose weight.
Health is important. Eat right and exercise more. This is a message sent in love. As you get older you will appreciate this message.
