What is an offensive foul?
NBA rule “an illegal personal contact by the player who has the ball, resulting in a turnover for their team. Common examples include running into a stationary defender (a “charge”), illegal screens,PUSHING OFF A DEFENDER WITH AN ARM, or extending a leg to make contact with an opponent.” That’s why I don’t like the NBA no more. It’s all a show not real
