After two rounds of rapid-fire shooting, Lillard’s clutch performance secured his third career 3-Point Contest title, tying the all-time record held by Larry Bird and Craig Hodges.

In the two-round format, players had 70 seconds to score from multiple spots around the arc, with the top three advancing to the championship round — where Dame Time sealed another historic win.

So a inactive player can enter the all star 3 pointer contest without playing any games and win. But if you don’t play 65 games in the year you can’t win any major awards. LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL… That doesn’t make any sense at all… REG19
