   The Knicks let that game slip away because of bad play. Kat and captain Brunson made so many stupid mistakes, twice with leads of 19 and 12, and couldn’t hold on. Then when the star left the game, they played worse than when he was in it. Kat was a disaster; those fouls are going to be the end of him. and Brunson was always holding onto the ball, missing shots, and making bad passes. So Kolek was just He was a decorative figure because they gave him little opportunity. Sometimes they didn’t know what to do with the ball when passing, and time was running out. The defense was terrible.

   I believe the Knicks will be quite formidable if healthy in the playoffs they can win the east for sure and they can beat anyone coming out of the west… we shall see but I love my Knicks

    Kat clearing space for the other team to have open shot is funny. He really is a horrible defender. It’s like a open path to the rim when he plays the 5. Did Mo Diawara get hurt or something bc I didn’t see him in the game after the first QTR? It;s only 1 game but C’mon. No Wemby and a 20-point lead?

    The spurs are so frustrating and inconsistent. They beat the good teams but lose to the bad teams. Makes no sense.

      It’s pretty clear as to why. They beat OKC cause OKC doesn’t shoot many 3s and tends to drive towards the basket, and couldn’t do that against Wemby. If you go back and watch those games, they try to and then get scared because Wemby is there and so they end up jacking and missing a lot of 3s. This didn’t happen with the Jazz because the Spurs kept leaving them open from 3 and the Jazz just kept making those shots, which is why they lost, and same with the Cavs. The other issue is that the Spurs just don’t usually take many 3s.

      So most of the Spurs’ points are based on driving to the basket, which is fine, but due to how many 3s other teams are taking per game, it’s easy to see why teams that rely on the 3-ball more will have a better chance against the Spurs than a team like OKC

      I think if the Spurs can fix up their perimeter defense, become more consistent offensive players, and have less turnovers (looking at Castle for that lmao), they’ll be a much more formidable force for the ENTIRE league instead of just OKC. This is why OKC is cooking every other team too because their tactics work with them, but not on the Spurs
