I remember when I played in high school. Locking down your opponent, felt as good or better than dropping 20 plus. You very rarely see kids these days play lock down defense and are always looking for the fast break because they aren’t playing any defense. That’s why some of these kids pt averages don’t matter as much to college scouts.
