   If we’re going to grow the game in the U.S. then soccer matches need to be on major networks. TNT, Apple TV? I’ve already taken a stand against our other sports and not signing up for all these subscriptions to watch games. Can’t imagine soccer is reaching its growth potential by limiting viewership. Whoever is signing these TV deals should be relieved of their duties immediately

     Agree in general, but TNT is a cable channel, not a streaming service. Free and easily available.

     Your comment applies perfectly to NWSL games, however. Way too many different places to access games. It’s hard to find games, even if you’re willing to pay for multiple services.

   No, Wesley contributed 3-goals not 2. She blocked the Japan pass and started our attack sequence which led to Rose’s goal.
   She is the soccer purists’ definition of a real HIP high impact player. Give her the raise already!🎉

   Japan didn’t have any height especially at center defense. 2 goals from the air. It’s why I put taller players on defense. But, our team lost 2-0 because it came from the air n even our goalie didn’t have the height to stop the goals. Secondly, Japan’s defense played high n committed forward on the 2nd goal. I kept my CBs at the 18 for a half because the other team had the wind advantage. We kept them scoreless n attacked like mad when we had the wind n we won 2-0. I would have done the same for Japan considering the US speed up front. As soon as Rodman got the ball, I would have screamed to tell the CBs to drop back to the 18.
