With his first steal of the game, Dyson Daniels (192) passes Ricky Rubio (191, 2013-14) for the most steals in a single season by any player in the NBA since 2008-09 (Chris Paul, 216). He is currently averaging 3.03 steals with 13 games left in the season, and has a chance to surpass Scottie Pippen (232 in 1994-95) for the most steals in a single season over the last 30 years.
