      Yeah, they keep them cool in alot due to hockey etc or just naturally cold + when you sweat any slight breeze makes it so much colder

      You actually aren’t suppose to even do workouts with heavy stuff on in general, people will bc its cold but you should really wear lite to workout theb wear warm after to keep from blacking out
