If they manage to keep all 3 that backcourt will be insane next 2-3 years as Castle and Vassel develop

    • @Digitalfutureguy

      November 16, 2025 at 6:59 pm

They’d probably have to trade at least Harper or Vassel fox 🦊 and castle 🏰 too good to trade you can’t have 4 guards it would be good to get a 6’10-6’11 really really good player or another top 10 player.

    • @Fawnswine

      November 16, 2025 at 7:10 pm

@Digitalfutureguy “Castle is too good to trade” he literally just had 4 points. Harper scored in double digits every game this season even against the Suns where he got injuied in the 1st half and just played 11 minutes. Harper is untouchable more than Castle. If the Spurs have to pick who to keep between Harper or Castle they will pick Harper everytime.

    • @dylanharper2

      November 16, 2025 at 7:11 pm

You mean Harper. Vassel is a 5 year vet who hasnt really gotten better.

    • @MarquisVegan

      November 16, 2025 at 7:21 pm

@Digitalfutureguy Kelly Olynyk is a good player. He still in preseason mode like Fox and Kornet looks legit also. If I’m not mistaken Wemby also said he would take a pay cut to get or keep certain players on the Spurs. So they might make it work to keep all of them together for the next decade.

    • @MarquisVegan

      November 16, 2025 at 7:33 pm

@d@dylanharper2 If there is a trade he most likely will be the one to go.

Logical Spurs fans still support this dude. He basically still in preseason mode.

It is when you are in a team first squad that passes that ball a lot like the Spurs.

Good for fox..kings fans did fox dirty when they were booing him at the Golden 1 center last season. Kings fans are fake for that.

    • @pirateslifeforme

      November 16, 2025 at 10:29 pm

Nah he did kings fans dirty. Announced he would ONLY play for San Antonio. Virtually giving him away for free to spurs.

    November 16, 2025 at 7:52 pm

Is it true the Spurs want to trade this dude?

    • @sp999ns

      no just idiot fans

    • @d3fyre_rett

      November 16, 2025 at 10:15 pm

in the spurs subreddit (which I haven’t visited in like a week now) there are fans who wanted him gone since the spurs got the 2nd overall pick. part of it is they don’t like that he’s making the max while not being a consistent 3pt shooter, even though he’s pretty much good everywhere else on offense. they (crazy spurs fans) think castle and harper are already better than fox and will force the spurs to trade him down the line.

Of course, time will tell how the spurs will resolve having 3 good guards on the roster. but right now, fox is clearly the best guard on the spurs roster. it will only help Harper and Castle down the line, so it’s a non-issue as far as I’m concerned. the spurs will likely hold on to him for the whole duration of his extension imo

    DO NOT TRADE HIM!

    • @ravenreyes5079

      November 16, 2025 at 8:39 pm

Our young guys will learn from him. Just like how Steph Castle has improve after a year of playing with CP3

de’aaron fox was offered a new contract with a higher price but he didn’t accept it. he left the kings because the spurs told him “if you play with wembanyama, your chances of winning the nba are wide open” this player can really play basketball you can just look at his stats!
