   Honestly the fact that tennis players aren’t injured like this even more so is crazy. The stops and pivots alone are wild especially on the slippery grass at Wimbledon

   Physio here. I hope I’m wrong but this is likely an ACL tear/retear I think. This is the classic mechanism for that and I’ve witnessed 2 ACL tears on court with this exact movement. Best wishes to Hailey for a full recovery.

    My heart aches for Hailey, parents and team. She was playing some of the best tennis of her career.💔😭🙏🙏 I’m glad she has a good team and support around her. She will come back better than before, she’ll have to trust and believe.
