Stevens is not coaching the Celtics worth a damn this year. His team continually forces shots, plays way too much hero ball, and way too many times they commit turnovers and other low basketball IQ plays. Tristan Thompson is horrible underneath. He has no lift left. Stevens should play Rob Williams as a starter. Instead when the game was on the line he had Williams on the bench. Just a bad coach this year. He may have been great once but his team is stagnant and it is his job to get them to play better.

I think he changed his mechanics a little in the off season. Compare this game winner with the game winner against the clippers. You can see now he has a little kick after the the release and also is shooting more flat footed compared to before when he was on his tiptoes more. And like it always is when you change mechanics you will have a period when you are almost horrible. What was it to begin the season 1 for 23 or something like that. 48% in his last 8 games. It’s still early but if this is the new normal for him(not 48% but maybe 40%), and not to mention his new mid range game, then god help the league.

Luka needs better teamates!! Luka is always getting triple teamed when he drives to the basket and sometimes he’s forced to pass the ball. But the other players can’t shoot that well so they end up missing. And also the Mavs defense is terrible. The other team is always gathered around the basket when Luka drives. And yeah trade KP…ain’t doing nothing. I love Luka but the games are always so close. And I doubt they’ll make it to the playoffs because of how much other teams have improved. San Antonio, suns, etc
