Romeo Langford knocked down a go-ahead three-pointer with 11.5 seconds remaining in regulation as the Boston Celtics defeated the Atlanta Hawks, 85-83. Payton Pritchard led the way for the Celtics with a game-high 23 PTS, along with 5 REB and 5 AST, while Romeo Langford added 12 PTS, 6 REB and 4 AST in the victory. Jalen Johnson tallied 20 PTS and 10 REB for the Hawks in the losing effort. The Celtics improve to 1-0 in the MGM Resort Las Vegas Summer League.

    Two things. 1: Grant Williams isn’t better than anyone in summer league. 2: The Celtics weren’t in the game until Yam stepped on the floor.

    I really liked begarin, it’s his first game and he looked confident and he should be a nice bench piece in the future. Pritchard also looked like her might be out starting pg this year.
