Even though the coach is waving the “white flag” by pulling me out, I’m not going to give the optics that I “AGREE” with the coach decision to wave the “white flag” by pulling me out. If this was Lebron James, HE’LL BE CRUCIFIED!! We would’ve said, “See? Lebron ‘agrees’ with the coach’s decision to wave the white flag. That’s why Lebron is dapping them up.” That’s EXACTLY what people would’ve said!!!

This is completely stupid. If they feel that way about the situation then why did the coach take the starters out and concede the game.
To me there is no difference. If you feel that strongly about what he did then come with the same energy with conceding the game early.
LeBron did the same thing with 4 min left in the game.

Him doing that was not only a respect to the other team but disgust with his own team. Perk is right. This is not a big deal to me.
