      What about guys like DeMar, Donovan, and Gobert? They’re great players from teams in the playoff picture. Heck, even Rick Carlisle himself understood why Luka didn’t make it (if Luka was the leader of a winning team, then maybe he would’ve made it).
      Also, Ben Simmons will be in his third year next year. He can’t be in the Rising Stars game anymore.
