Forget AD. This advice should be given to Brony, who happens to live with Lebron, is in the same team with Lebron, he has dinner, breakfast and lunch with Lebron, but is not asking Lebron what is he doing to be healthy. I ain’t no basketball player, I do not know who Lebron is but I ask him all the time. Lebron wherever you are, please, what are doing? Can you send a brother a couple of millions so I can focus on my health?

Anthony Davis always says the right words. He has to say he wants championhips and wants to play 20 years. That lets teams believe you are committed and are willing to sign you to multiple year deals. His actions of wanting to play 20 years don’t match his words. He isn’t doing the body maintenance to make that possible. We don’t know that for sure as fans but the media sure makes it appear he doesn’t put in the work.

Some people especially at that height their bodies just can’t handle the pressure an nba season and all of that running and lifting and jumping puts on the body. You can’t really say somebody isn’t healthy or in shape when they hurt a leg or a back. Greg Oden. Porzingas, embid. Lots of other bigs. Probably wemby at some point. Alot of them have these issues. To say it’s a lack of preparedness or unwillingness to put in the work just isn’t true
