   TO THE HONORABLE COURT AND DEFENDANTS
   This document serves as a formal legal notice demanding immediate compliance, or Plaintiffs will seek the full weight of civil and criminal legal recourse. The Plaintiffs demand that the defendants cease these unlawful activities and take corrective measures to remedy the irreversible damage caused by their conduct. The scale and implications of these actions demand that this matter be adjudicated with the highest level of judicial scrutiny and urgency.

   I. PARTIES

   Plaintiffs
   The Plaintiffs represent individuals, organizations, and entities of American Indian and Colonial European descent, who have been directly harmed by fraudulent misidentification, defamation, and systemic misrepresentation by the Defendants. These violations have damaged the cultural identity, historical standing, and fundamental rights of the Plaintiffs, who seek justice under the Constitution and the law.

   Defendants
   The Defendants include, but are not limited to, the following individuals, organizations, and governmental entities that have systematically perpetuated false racial categories and misidentified Americans of American Indian and Colonial European descent as Black or African American:

   – Every Race-Based 501(c) and 527 Tax Exempt Persons under the Jurisdiction of the United States

   II. LEGAL BASIS FOR ACTION
   Fraudulent Misrepresentation and Defamation
   The misidentification of Americans of American Indian and Colonial European descent as Black or African American constitutes fraudulent misrepresentation and defamation. Such conduct undermines the constitutional protections of these individuals and perpetuates harmful racial stereotypes. The Defendants’ actions violate constitutional rights, treaty obligations, and federal statutes that ensure the protection of cultural identity, historical accuracy, and civil rights.
   A. Constitutional and Statutory Protections
   1. 14th Amendment – Equal Protection Clause:
   The misidentification practices perpetuated by the Defendants violate the 14th Amendment’s Equal Protection Clause by systematically erasing the cultural identity of American Indian and Colonial European descent communities. The resulting systemic racism fundamentally undermines the principle of equality before the law.
   2. Commerce Clause (Art. I, Sec. 8, Cl. 3):
   The Defendants’ conduct infringes on the Commerce Clause, as these actions directly affect interstate commerce by promoting false and discriminatory narratives that harm the economic interests of the Plaintiffs.
