Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, This Blazers team was the one that could beat the Lakers and win the title. We were confident they were going to do it. This team had it all, Mighty Mouse, Sheed, Pippen, Sabonis, Steve Smith, Schrempf, Greg Anthony, Brian Grant, Stacey Augmon, and Jermaine Oneal. Watching the Blazers ball out for 3 quarters and then give it away in the 4th was probably the most heart breaking game of the Blazers franchise. Lakers went on to sweep in the finals and win the title.

This is exactly why u can’t compare Era’s. The Trailblazers only scored 7 points in the 4th quarter 7 Points!!!!!! These teams now a days are way too talented to only be scoring 7 points and its way more competitive. Stop comparing Era’s People get better stronger more athletic and the teams overall are more technically sound

This is why I miss the 90s and 2000s NBA basketball, look at how bright the Staples Center used to be, not like how it is nowadays all dull like I’m looking at a ritual or something; the crowd were live and energized on every possession, NBA on NBC broadcast is the GOAT, I would pay my life savings just to go back in time and relive those days

Those ft shots are so bad, so flat. Just overall shots that doesn’t go in, would in todays game. Fact Wallace makes a 3 just a little behind the line and Bob was amazed.

I’m a huge Kobe fan but what the refs did to Sabonis down the stretch was blatant and criminal. Blazers deserved to win this game. Plain and simple.

Why does today’s NBA seem like a cheapened version of this era. It’s almost like a parody of what it once was.

People in the US should speak up, stand up, show your opinion about the dirty Lakers, the crooked league, the sick ESPN,don’t just keep quiet and play dead. To show some attitude against theft, rigged results, stealing titles. Where is your attitude, guts, strength, feeling for justice, feeling against injustice, are you all puss..es overthere and woke millennials and hipsters or are there some real men left in the US. Why do you allow yourself to they making you a fool for 50 years without any resistance? Why do you pay for tickets, merchandize and everything else in the first place, when someone is making fools of you in that rigged league. You’re happy to pay, just to suffer unjustice and theft year after year. I have never seen that in any country in the world, that proportion of apathy and lethargy and I have traveled a good part of the world. Incredible!

Most of the people today are brainwashing. Back in a day most NBA players are athleticism and doesnt have connection with the rules. MJ real goat and 80s 90s players are legend and real men very strong. Nowadays even if you bend the rules to soft generations still cant beat the 2peat 6x rings 6xmvp bulls 6 to zero. Who can beat with soft generations. MJ from NYC still king in intl market
