This is where they miss lonzo. You have to defend better down the stretch against the guards on the 76rs

How come every time we play another team one of their players goes off way above point average.
DeRozan average 22 points a game and gets 45 today.

Sure Embiid’s 40 is impressive, but DeRozan dropping 45 without attempting a single 3 pointer until the 4th in this era of the NBA always goes overlooked.

0:35 “How to slow Embiid down is make him play defense.”

“Expert commentary” by an NBA color analyst, ladies and gentlemen.

Joel Embiid, consistent DPOY candidate, All-Defense candidate and whose +/- stats get overshadowed by his pts. per 36 minutes, “would get tired by playing defense.”

    This was a phone-in job.

I won’t lie but as a Raptors fan I’m glad we won a championship before we faced this version of Embiid. Legitimate MVP candidate and it’ll be such a shame to waste this season if they can’t trade Simmons for an all-star calibre player.

Never fun to take a loss, but I feel good where the team is right now with all of the players we have out. 11 point loss with no lavine, White, ball, Caruso, and DJJ

Joel hit 40 so Demar hiting 45 means nothing. The commentators are acting like the Bulls were going to win. Zo and Caruso are really needed.
