      7’0 with a 7′ 5″ span

    • @bladerunner12

      July 25, 2024 at 8:02 pm

Combine measurements are 6′ 11.75″ height barefoot (4th in draft), 7′ 4.5″ wingspan (5th in draft), 9′ 4.5″ standing reach barefoot (3rd in draft)
One of the things that makes him special is agility at his size. He’s got way better twitch than most of the other centers in the draft class. Ranked 2nd in lane agility among centers, 2nd in shuttle run. He can go over on screens which means he can at least participate in switch defenses whereas most other centers in the class are drop bigs exclusively. And he hits enough of his free throws to not be a hack target (70% over 6 summer league games on 5 attempts per).

I’m an IU fan and I nicknamed him the “Condor” last season. Each game he’ll do something that impresses you with that wingspan.

    • @064razor

      July 25, 2024 at 8:22 pm

2 things Miami had when they won championships was a dominant big and a bucket getter. If Ware is anything like the “baby wemby” speculations suggest, and we either have a current or traded player break out as a raw bucket getter, we are set.

    • @lyndaaugustin6326

      July 25, 2024 at 8:33 pm

@@064razor We already have playoff Jimmy (proven playoff performer) Bam (great player) (Tyler Herro (dropped 37 points in the playoffs his rookie year) and Terry Rozier (Awesome bucket getter) If no injuries the Heat can win a championship next season. We have everything we need. Duncan is nice. Jaime is nice. Josh Christopher is really nice. Alec Bucks is nice. Keshard Johnson is a beast. Perlle Larsson is nice. Kevin Love is still nice and proven winner. Only Haywood Highsmith sucks on this team and needs to go away already. I freaking love this team. We don’t need a superstar cause there’s been plenty of teams who won a championship without a true superstar. Playoff Jimmy is as close as it gets to an actual superstar. I love my team as constructed. If only we could get rid of Haywood Highsmith we’d be set. That guy can’t shoot for shit and he had the audacity to call himself an elite shooter. Smh ???? I play basketball and am a better shooter than Haywood Highsmith. Smh ???? #GoHeat

Yall are delusional mfs. Miami aint winning no chip. Miles better chance they miss the playoffs. Terry isnt a championship level-guard. Butler is aging. They need a 1A superstar but they dont have that. Herro is too inconsistent. Their defense is good but their offense is horrible. Miami will miss the playoffs next year.
