    Love how trae and the guys celebrate with him. Trae better keep this energy even when the going gets tough. He’s a leader now, he can’t be the first one to cry when things dont go their way.

      No one was saying calm down when they were scoffing at the pick and calling him a probable bust before he even stepped on an NBA court. Dude is a 6”10in wing that shoots, defends and plays with a lot of poise and skill rather than relying on athleticism.

    Glad ATL blocked the noise and kept Trae in the building.. Risacher will be a great addition to they team to build w/ Trae.. Trae gotta be more consistent on Defense this yr, even tho he is undersized he has to be more effective in some way.. Trae also needs to take that next step as a Leader too..

      I mean he’s the vet in the starting 5 but we got vets like Bogi and Larry Nance so he could learn from Nance especially that he played with Lebron and went to the finals in 2018 I believe

    It wouldn’t surprise me if he ends up as the best player in this class, 5 years from now it’ll be obvious they made the right choice by taking him #1 and he’s a perennial all-star selection. And will be the perfect complement to Trae Young. But then again there’s a couple other guys in this class looking very good… Edey looks like he’ll be a problem, Salaun (who was a mystery) looks like special talent. Matas and Khalil Ware look like special talents. Ware is already out there looking like Derrick Lively with a confident 3 point stroke or Evan Mobley. The Heat keep finding gems in the draft…. He looks like a legit franchise center and a perfect F’n fit next to Bam. I’d keep Herro, but after this season I’d be looking to trade Jimmy to a contending team for some younger talent and maybe a few 1st round draft picks. OKC… we’ll be in touch. I feel like Houston is going to have to get rid of either Jalen Green, Amen Thompson, or Cam Whitmore. They all look like they have all-pro potential. Unless they’d wanna part with Sheppard, which I doubt. Although Reed at point, Herro at the two, Jaquez Jr. at the three….with Bam and Ware down low….. would be nasty if Sheppard turns into the level of player I think he will. I’d be looking to maybe package Jimmy, with maybe Jovic and or some draft picks. I guess when you really look at it PG is the Heats biggest need…. Do maybe package Butler with something for a young talented PG.
