Zion can play with his god given body! His injury had nothing to do with his body type.

Zions gonna be a great player, don’t care what nobody says. ????‍♀
IMO he should take this season off and focus on getting a diet plan and focus on losing about 20-30 pounds

Media throws theories on Zion, I have yet heard a nutritionist or medical doctor comment on him and his genetics. He is built that way because that is his body muscle type, he will adjust but I dont believe he has to shed massive weight. The knees and ligaments were built that way, that’s why he can do the things he do at his size.

You lose weight in college ask draymond and other guys. But they say the money’s more important

Tough one, realistically he needs to be in a calorie deficit to drop size but that will affect performance. He might just have to power through until the off season where he can then focus on his body more without having to worry about performance

All he needs to do is practice Intermittent fasting and he’ll lean out and keep his strength. Fairly simple
Surprised they haven’t looked into that
