It angles that left hand dunk was on tight corner with all that defend check Zion block on Kelly olynick at Utah his head was above the rim Zion smart jump high when needed. Espn even showed I was so happy he still got head above rim level flight.

He still bouncy, it’s just that him using too much of his bounce puts on strain on his leg. If you don’t know that was the main reason for his previous injuries. Furthermore, once rookies progress they tend to learn how its unnecessary to dunk everytime.

He has lost considerable vertical from college (even high school). Even with full steam open drives, his head is way below the rim (12” or more lower). He used to be able to get his head level with the rim. The guy needs to lose weight seriously.

I keep seeing people say this. Go back and look at those dunks, He wasn’t getting as high as you think on most of them. Yea he could get his head by the rim on some but he still can when he wants to. They’ve obviously taught him to be more careful once he got to the league. No sense in jumping higher than you need to.
