    I don’t wanna be an idiot because I know every body is different but I don’t see Zion losing any weight. I’ve studied nutrition and I work out myself. I can confidently say that an grown man can lose up to 5 lbs a week with a great diet full of protein and carbs, with the right amount of cardio work and avoiding junk food. I just cannot believe he’s not slimming down already. He must be having burgers and fries. It’s not easy to fool me.

Tyrese Maxey contributed a team-high 29 points to go with 6 assists 3 rebounds and 3 three pointers, with Guerschon Yabusele of the 76ers adding an additional 21 points (6-11 FG, 5-7 3P) and 8 rebounds in the game. Jared Butler finished with a team-high 26 points along with 7 assists for the Wizards in the losing effort. The 76ers improve their record to 15-20 with the win, while the Wizards fall to 6-29 for the season.
