how did he go this high? he had a terrible year i would’ve guessed like very late 1st round but this draft surprised everyone

    • #FREEMELLY #FREEMELLY

      August 1, 2021 at 2:13 pm

Lamelo had about the same shooting splits before the nba as this guy and he just won roy the grizzlies have done a great job of drafting lately give him a chance

    • J P

      August 1, 2021 at 2:26 pm

I understand but theres more to basketball than stats especially in college. I’m not high on William’s but Grizzlies can easily prove me wrong. He develop players well over there and he can be a big help to Morant. Who knows. Sky the limit for these kids.

Still can’t believe he went 10th bro 😵‍💫

  14. Youtube Watcher

    August 1, 2021 at 1:30 pm

People don’t understand that Lebron was dead ass in the finals for near an entire decade of these kids lives when they were growing up watching basketball. He’s the MJ/Kobe of their generation, and someone else will come along and pass the torch.

    • Max H

      August 1, 2021 at 2:25 pm

@cosmic Mitch let’s hope Giannis will stop being cocky u know? Always talking about how he doesn’t have a superteam but need the whole league to be injured. People say he’s humble but sometimes he’s arrogant imo

    • cosmic Mitch

      August 1, 2021 at 2:57 pm

@Max H so what? That’s what the greats do…hype themselves up. Ali kept calling himself the greatest because he literally was the greatest.

    • cosmic Mitch

      August 1, 2021 at 3:00 pm

@Max H lebron almost 40 years old he needs to stop constructing teams just to make it to finals and let’s some teams build organicly. It really messes up the league when everyone wants to be on the same team.

    • C T

      August 1, 2021 at 5:30 pm

Thing is, old school fanboys will pass away with time and MJ will be another forgotten Bill Russell

    • Youtube Watcher

      August 1, 2021 at 11:14 pm

@C T Unfortunately this. Lebron will probably be the new standard the media holds up cause kids won’t know or care who MJ was lol and then Lebron will be forgotten eventually, a sad cycle fr.

    • C T

      August 2, 2021 at 2:35 am

@Youtube Watcher It’s the cycle of life. Fanboyism is helpless and pointless against it. Memories will be lost in time and nobody will care about MJ debates 50 years later

    • cosmic Mitch

      August 2, 2021 at 2:59 am

@C T and wtf is a fanboy? If you truly have love for the game. You recognize and appreciate greatness. There were a lot more better players then MJ and lebron over the years you just have to be smart enough to acknowledge them.

    • Brian

      August 4, 2021 at 7:08 am

@C T Nah… MJ was the most inspirational player tbh. No one will ever forget about him.
