After last night, if nets can keep a game close especially up to the 4th you’re done. Defensively they’ve tightened up and the duo can just put you to sleep once they’re hot. Nets are coming can’t deny it. HUGE credit to Vaughn for turning it around so far.

Claxton and Simmons play 60 minutes, go 13-19 from the field and shoot 1 for 4 from the FT line.
It’s been over a month since Ben Simmons made a free throw. Nate McMillan, coaching malpractice

Hack-a-Ben and Hack-a-Clax for any well coached team

Kyrie and KD are going to get really frustrated watching Simmons and Claxton clank FTs all game long. The Nets are poorly constructed

      Hater 🤣

The whole basketball game isn’t won at the free throw line. Who clanked more than Shaq? He still got 4 rings didn’t he. Ben Wallace with the Psitons was clanking too but he still got a chip. Your a Hater and that’s sad.

@Steno Bain comparing Ben Simmons or Nick to Shaq isn’t a good idea

      December 30, 2022 at 5:19 am

@Steno Bain I’m a Celtic fan and its exactly what they did when they easily handled them a few weeks back. It’s a basic strategy that will be employed in the playoffs or by any HC that cares during the regular season

    • C Mac

      December 30, 2022 at 5:27 am

@Steno Bain Ben hasn’t made a Free Throw in over a month. Until he can start hitting them at a 55% rate or higher then expect him to get fouled. Teams can’t let highly efficient offensive players like KD and Kyrie cook. Opponents just attack Kyrie on D and put Ben/Clax at the FT line. Make rookie head coach Jacque Vaughn make adjustments. While icing KD/Ky on offense. They get really frustrated watching teammates brick FTs.

If thay cen trade and get a couple of big men to play the 5 position I think they can win it

So when Kyrie gets suspended by St. Paddy’s day for backing up more of Alex Jones’ conspiracy theories and KD misses his annual 20 games, will they still be a threat?

“Mad dog”: Nets win 14 of 15 and all you bring up is the one loss against the title contenders, Celtics.

See they said that their signature game against Celtics was a loss but of course they won’t talk about how they defeated the bucks and cavs but hey ITS THE MEDIA

  25. Visualize & Create

    December 31, 2022 at 10:16 pm

They weren’t bombed: they lost by 11 without Ben Simmons with TJ Warren just returning. This team (12-30-22) is very different! Also what about the win against the Cavaliers?
