The only solution to using harden; get him on the court only in regular seasons and then keep him off the court in playoffs as his tank’s gassed out.

IMO: I believe James Harden is a points-making machine who does NOT want to be depended on to carry a team. For as long as teams accept that he will be a good number 2 who will never step up to number 1 then they can look for another shooter with leadership abilities. Also, Harden’s habit of clubbing after games will always undermine him especially in pressure games.
