      @RareAirTwo4 I eat soul food all the time and I’m 6′ 230 pounds with a slight amount of fat
      Mostly in my pecs
      The main reason I am out of shape is bc I smoke cigs and vape
      Moral of the story, you don’t need to be shredded to be in the NBA
      Look at Shaq for crying out loud

      @Rusty Shackleford no one is saying you have to be shredded. You’re just leaving athleticism on the table since you choose to eat like an idiot instead of a professional that would focus on eating the highest quality food to get the most out of his body. And Shaq is a once in a lifetime athlete that was blessed with insane power and size, and got fat as he progressed in the league. So you cant use Shaq as an example.
