You could see in two plays Embiid being the main shot creator in crunch time and Ben hanging around in the dunker spot getting a lucky rebound. I see those plays as low lights considering what’s unfolded in the past playoffs. A post demi god like Embiid needs a PG with shooting gravity who doesn’t clog up the paint. I see a bright future for Ben too if he can be somewhere where his qualities compliment a team, preferably in rebuilt mode. The whole situation messed with the young men’s head. Embiid has found his homebase Ben is still looking for it. I hope we can look back at this situation in a few years and see it as a critical junction rather than a career altering drama. They’re both generational talents in my book! Onward!
