   Agree with what D-Wade said, teams need to utilize their players based on their best attributes and not force everyone to do a certain skill that is not necessarily their forte. If you have shooters all over you, and you’re good at facilitating and setting up team mates, that will do. The problem with the Brooklyn Nets is that they have a lot of the same type of players but none is a very good at defense inside and outside, so this trade basically filled in the holes of the team. Very good trade IMO.

   Shaq every individual is different. So it’s good to look at each situation differently. How you might handle the same situation could be different to Ben. Someone who is going through a toxic situation say at home might leave home and someone else might stay put. In such you might even have a signed a manage “contract”. I think you need to sit down with Ben and understand before making up your mind. Just saying
