This is by far the worst defeat we’ve had this season. Losing to a team that lost by 73 just one week ago is utterly embarrassing. Every single one of those clowns should be ashamed of themselves. Them PATHETIC LOSERS should be forced to walk back to their homes in the bitter cold, humiliating result. I don’t want to hear this “but we only lost by 1” bs, we got completely outplayed in the 3rd quarter, went into up 10 and finished it down 11, DISGRACEFUL. To hell with this “process” or whatever people are calling it. A process is supposed to have a target, wtf is our target?

I can’t see the Toronto Raptors winning the playoffs for the next 15 years another embarrassment for 38 million people way to let a country down

GTJ should be the Raptors closer. He’s the only one that has the size and is good enough at creating his own shot

    • joeycapostagno12

      December 8, 2021 at 10:33 pm

Hes a great closer but tbh they have some great options for finishing a game. GTJ, pascal and Freddy can create for themselves, and draw enough attention to find scottie or whoever else. Fun to watch this years raps

    • Riley Mannell

      December 8, 2021 at 10:36 pm

@joeycapostagno12 Pascal proved last season he is not a true closer and Freddy struggles against any longer defenders. Should by GTJ every time

    December 8, 2021 at 10:26 pm

Why is Fred our go to guy in the clutch though? I understand if the play was purposely drawn up for him prior to, they’ve practiced it, etc. But I think it’s time to hand it off to someone else, and stop letting Fred take these ridiculous floaters or 30 foot 3 balls over a defender to win. I wouldn’t even go to Pascal because I don’t think he’s that good in the clutch either, except for that suns game he won. GTJ? He was open here and didn’t get the look, maybe run a set play next time?

Raptors got robbed and refs helped alot for the thunder to win, and you know what pisses me off, teams that are clearly not a playoff team like okc who try to win, like what’s the point.

    • J.R Junior

      December 8, 2021 at 10:41 pm

Noo we didn’t, we just suck.
You know what pisses me off, a team like the raptors that aren’t a playoffs teams that try to win.

      December 8, 2021 at 10:47 pm

@J.R Junior raptors healthy are a playoff team, and they only sucked in the 3rd, you know the raptors have been playing great last 2 -3 games and if you think the refs didn’t help okc win, I’m sorry but ur stupid

@Playboi Carti’s sock yeah OKC won, that tip in was off by a millisecond, didn’t count.
Also that OKC last 3 was a nice play by Shai. Dude was wide open, I was like you gotta make that. And he did.
And I’m a raps fan btw. But a good look is a good look. 🤷

    • Erroneous Monk

      December 8, 2021 at 11:02 pm

It was obvious watching it live that it didn’t count. Are you the only person who gets to decide these things? Take my word – it didn’t count.

FVV – 6 for 20..20 shot attempts!!!…he stopped playing defense in the 3rd quarter. Raptors need a point guard. FVV = #fakepointguard

Siakam comes back and Raptors start losing. OG was in training camp where chemistry and identity was formed with new players. Siakam is a star but the isolations are killing the Raptors.

I watched this game on tv for the first 3 quarters and I couldn’t take it, it was such a depressing game I turned it off (OKC is beating you in your building??!). Then go figure last 6 minutes were amazing! But I missed it, had to catch the highlights here. Why did the Raps only wake up at the end? It was a total sleepwalk the first 3 quarters, so boring. Raptors are so fun to watch when they play like they did the last 6 minutes. Bottle that! Props to Shai and Dort for carrying Canada Basketball well.

Such a trash game from the raptors I’m absolutely disappointed in the performance from Fred vanvleet. Sure he gets shots in the 4th a little but shooting 6-20 and allowing for a 33-12 run in the 3rd quarter is not what a leader is supposed to do. I don’t understand why he gets shots when he’s should be playmaking either way fault mainly goes to him and nick nurse for running zone all that time. Pascal, Barnes and Trent had great games but bench was trash.

    • Erroneous Monk

      December 8, 2021 at 11:01 pm

Your bench IS trash. You have the worst bench in the league. Statistically speaking.

    December 8, 2021 at 10:53 pm

Since when did the raptors go all in on ISO ball. i thought nick nurse was some innovative coach. there is zero player movement on offence.

Wild finish to this game. The only reason the thunder won this game, was because the officials waived that three that VanVleet took at the last second.

Raptors lost this game due to bad coaching. I would have given Siakam the ball to drive to the basket, 90% he would have scored or draw a foul.

    Oh.. My… God…
In 3:35min. remaining the thunder remain at 100 while the raptors going to keep biting the net.. A crazy run but the thunder with dagger 3..just sad the ball end in the fingertips. ..just a tip.. But the game was wow ,it reminds me of TmC when he do his crazy thing against the spurs in the 2min. mark and win the game in the end. 👌

Raps need changes around the young core. It’s so sad to see Raps loosing these games. We won the chip but look at us now. So painful. Maybe was better to had been competitive at all these years than trading for the fun guy and win one chip.

Horrible breakdown on defense by the Raps with 18 seconds left…Nurse should have told them do not help! Worst case scenrio they tie the game…Instead they had three guys helping and a wide open guy shooting a three!

    I was at this game… 12 points in the 3rd Q was pathetic… plus Freddy only had 5 pts until mid 3rd Q ..
Sadly, the 4Q comeback was a day late and a dollar short …
