It’s more than that. Note: Knicks and the Pacers have been my two favorite teams since 1994. However, if you look at box score: Knicks haven’t had any “bad games” the Pacers have just had 3 GREAT games. The Pacers keeping up the pace they’ve had to keep up to beat the Knicks is pretty much basketball impossible. No teams have ever have 7 solid games like the Pacers first 3. Their odds of continuing this trend? About 12%. Their odds of regressing to the mean? About 40%. Meaning the Pacers still have about a not-zero chance of losing.

my goodness, can they not be more obvious. I truly believe Indy could’ve swept the whole conference. Alas! They’re being distracted from those up above. those game 3s that they played have been so obvious. Just close them out my goodness. I swear if the trend continues with them losing game 3s, it will become too obvious not to notice. Let these guys play and you’ll see your ratings increase. Quality bball is what’s needed not pushing one star to become the face of the league. Y’all already know that since MJ, there has not been a player that is as impactful as he is, with saving your declining ratings and all. So there’s no need faces of the league.

Pascal and Halliburton pick-and-roll while playing at a high pace with spacing the court – game 6.

  18. @roshango125ab

    May 30, 2025 at 3:51 am

This was kinda a classic game 5 when a team is up 3-1. The team that was facing elimination was locked in with the desperation of the season on the line. The team that was up got too comfortable and complacent. The Knicks where on the other side of it in game 5 of the Boston series. But it also acts as a wakeup call for game 6, and desperation is a hard thing to ride for 3 straight games

  20. @AdriNet-c8w

    May 30, 2025 at 7:39 am

I get that Tyrese wants to pass the ball so others can score, but the thing is, you’re the star of the team. This was a must-win game. Now there’s one more game to play and one less day of rest. Stars always have to score between 25–30 points, and the second options between 20–25. That didn’t happen in Indiana.

Funniest truth: Players genuinely all make fun of these post game interviews. Their thoughts:
    1) You just make up jibberish that sounds good.
    2) Sometimes you can answer contextually, but most of the time it’s just basketball yap/babble.
    3) Reporters intentionally ask stupid questions to get clickbait quotes.
    4) Zero players take these pre or post game interviews seriously.
