Yes, Golden state should be about their defensive especially against elite teams both in the west and east but it’s just a preseason! They have plenty of time to adjust defensively this upcoming season..espn run out of topic. Lol

Steve Kerr cant teach Defense. All the D they had back then was all Mark Jackson. And now you traded them all away for KD. Traded it for two more ring but could’ve gotten more

All I know is due to Klay Thompson’s injury combined with the loss of Kevin Durant, the Warriors need a good system to win games early on this season. The Warriors defense has to be good so they can win close games 100 – 97.

The GSW management should retire, it’s all their fault to make such a disaster. D’Russel is not an option, they need defenders and somehow can score not just scorers only.

For now they are being exploited they need strong and aggressive centers both defensively and offensively.
Paschal needs to be aggressive too as well he got muscles

Dlo and steph on the court is a big hold on defense seriously. Looney is prone to injury so much . They need one more guy like Stein who can protect the rim and cash some loops

Duh, The unanimous MVP (which is still fucking crazy to me) can’t guard any other All Star caliber pg…

They’re going to have some struggles on defense. No KD, no Iguodala, no Klay until after All Star break. So yeah, they’ll be different but I still expect them to be a good team.

Once 1 sports media “analyst” has 1 opinion, everyother “analyst” has the same opinion. That even includes the statement at the beginning of last year saying the GSW were winning the title with the big 5. Didnt happen. Too many people with the same opinion

Steph is finally gonna get exposed now that he doesn’t have the biggest cushion in the world with talented teamates. He doesn’t deserve to be the first and only UMVP

This shows Bob Myers is an overrated GM. He is just lucky they got KD who wants to win a chip. He could have signed other quality free agents to support the still good core of GSW.

Warriors lost great defenders: KD, Iguadala, Livingston, Bogout. Also Klay for half the season

Why can’t steph guard his man? Other guards have no choice. Media likes to compare “head2head” numbers between steph and other point guards in the league but fail to mention these other guys have to guard steph on the other end too while he rests on a corner shooter. On top of that, these guys were being guarded by some of the best defenders in the league in klay, Draymond, KD, and Iggy.

Iguodala was a liability on offense. His defense can be made up.
